TM-RC-160A Rubber Yarn Covering Machine is used for making rubber thread covered yarn, use rubber yarn (latex) as the core yarn covered with one or two pcs polyester yarn, nylon yarn, cotton yarn and so on. The rubber covered yarn used on gloves, socks etc. Stainless steel wire and glass fiber yarn also can be used on covering. Machine customized is available.
It’s the pretreatment procedure for covering yarn, especially for POY, DTY, FDY, Nylon and Cotton yarn etc. then used on yarn covering machine or twisting machine.
